The studio is situated in the inner courtyard, the owner has created a little private outdoor space with a table and 2 chaires. The space is surrounded by follower and plantes (for beauty as well as for privacy), and is perfect for breakfast or an evening drink.
As atelier, the apartment naturally has very tall cellings, and with large windows that let in a lot of lights. The owner decorated it with mainly beige soft colors and natural materials such as linen, wood and stone, creates a relaxing and Bourgeois-Bohème ambience.
The separate bedroom is upstaires in the mezzanine, with a top high quality Queen size bed, and equipped with a small office space where you can also check your emails, write and read.

Within minutes walk from Metro: Raspail, you will find the enchanting market street of EDGAR QUINET,open on wednesday and saturday mornings. On BOULEVARD MONTPARNASSE, is the world famous brasserie piano bar LA CLOSERIE DES LILAS. The JARDIN DU LUXEMBOURG is within 5 minutes walk, and on all the surrounding streets you can take early breakfast, endless lunch or simple, quiet dinner. The exquisite terraced cafe bistrot, CAFE VAVIN on rue Brea with rue Notre dame des champs, is just one of these places.
