General Terms

Sorry, but smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in all of our apartments. This is for the comfort of guests who may be allergic to tobacco or to animals. Also, we must emphasize that the other residents of these buildings are quiet and respectful of each others' privacy, and we ask that our guests behave in a similar manner.

Security Deposit

The rental of each of our apartments requires a security deposit. The security deposit is essentially a preventive measure, a means of reminding our guests to treat the apartment as if it were their own. Minor damage is regarded as normal "wear and tear", and the entire amount of the security deposit is usually returned to our guests within a week of their departure.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is 4:00pm on the day of arrival. You may check in earlier (at no added charge) provided there are no guests departing the same day. Check-out time on the day of departure is 12:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, the reservation deposit if fully refundable up to 90 days prior to your arrival. Within 90 days of your arrival, we can return your deposit or your balance only if we are able to re-rent the apartment to someone else. We encourage you to buy travel insurance after making your reservation. Here is a list of some travel insurance companies:

Telephone

In some of our properties, owners installed a new telephone service that provides guests with free unlimited calls to North America (U.S. and Canada), free unlimited broadband internet access and free unlimited calls within France. Please consult under "Amenities" of each property.
