How to make a booking

1. Check on Availability

Refer to our Online Calendar or send us an email (info@levetpartners.com) to see if the apartment that interests you is available.

2. Reservation Form

If the apartment you have chosen is available, and you would like to reserve it, please complete the Online Reservation Form.

3. Guest Agreement

As soon as I receive your completed reservation form, I will email you the "Guest Agreement". This is basically a contract that confirms the terms of the rental (dates, rental amount, etc.) and includes instructions for sending the reservation deposit (equal to 50% of the rental amount).

4. Last Step

To confirm your booking, please print out the Guest Agreement, sign it, and send it back to us either bu fax at (33) 144 124 483, or scan the document and send it by email. The reservation deposit is also due at this time.

Once I have received both the signed Guest Agreement and the reservation deposit, the reservation is made! The balance of the rent is either due 6 weeks before your arrival or upon arrival (depends on the owners' policy). Upon receiving the balance, I'll send you all the information you'll need for your stay, including, of course, how to pick-up the keys!
